Personal data owners (“Applicant”), defined as the relevant person in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), have been granted the right to make certain requests to the data controllers regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the Law.
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law, to SAĞLAM METAL San. ve Tic. Inc. (“SAĞLAM”) applications regarding these rights must be submitted in writing.
In this context, applications to be made to SAĞLAM "in writing", by printing out this form;
- By hand-delivering the wet-signed copy or through a notary public, "Cumhuriyet mah. İnönü Cad. No: 42 Şekerpınarı-Çayırova/Kocaeli ” address,
- Signed with the "secure electronic signature" or mobile signature defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 of the applicant, and by sending it to the Company's registered e-mail address
- online@saglammetal.com.
If another application method is determined and announced by the Board, announcements regarding these methods will be made on the website of SAĞLAM.
Your applications submitted to SAĞLAM will be answered within 30 (thirty) days from the date your request is received by SAĞLAM, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law, depending on the nature of the request. The answers given by SAĞLAM will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.
If your application requires an additional cost, you will have to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Board. In case of a written response to your application, no fee will be charged for the first 10 (ten) pages, and the processing fee stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged for each page above 10 (ten) pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by SAĞLAM will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
SAĞLAM reserves the right to make changes regarding the Board decision regarding the application procedures or the legal regulations to be issued in the future.
