When will my order be shipped? When will my order be delivered to me?

If the products you order are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 working days. For out of stock or missing products, you will be informed by the customer services via e-mail or telephone.

I want the products I ordered to be delivered at a later date.

The products you order are packaged without waiting and sent to your address by cargo. Unfortunately, you cannot set a delivery date for your orders.

Will I pay any price at the time of delivery?

Absolutely no price will be paid at the time of delivery. Just make sure your order is complete.

I'd like to pick up my delivery at the Forwarding Branch.

According to the agreement we have made with the cargo companies, we do not have delivery from the cargo branch. Delivery of products is made to the delivery addresses you specify.

I want different products in the same order to be delivered to different addresses.

A single delivery address record can be obtained for your orders. Different products in the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses.

I want my order to be delivered at specific times.

If you have chosen cargo delivery for your orders, we cannot determine the delivery time. Deliveries will be delivered to you within the working hours of the cargo company.
