Cupro CB® (CuCo2Be) is a copper-based alloy reinforced with cobalt and beryllium. This material stands out for its high strength, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance properties, making it widely used in various sectors such as aerospace, space, and defense industries. Cupro CB® (CuCo2Be) is also ideal for electronic devices due to its high electrical conductivity. Thanks to its high strength and hardness, it is frequently preferred for high-speed cutting and other processing applications. The durability of Cupro CB® (CuCo2Be) is achieved by forming a protective layer that resists oxidation at high temperatures. Consequently, Cupro CB® (CuCo2Be) is a strong material with high strength, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance.

Cupro CB® (CuCo2Be) is used as an electrode for spot and seam welding of stainless steel, as a disc for seam welding, in blow mold cores and components for plastic blow molding, in plastic injection mold components, cooling cores, spray nozzles, and as a rivet in points where rapid cooling is required in steel molds. It is also used in stitching heads, pistons, and for casting non-ferrous alloys such as copper, brass, and bronze in casting molds and cooling components.
