Cupro NB® (CuNi2Be) can be used in spot welding electrodes for stainless steel, monel, and nickel alloys, as a complete or insert in plastic injection molds, in cooling cores and other components for plastic blow molds, as stitching heads in plastic packaging, as a die-casting mold in casting alloys such as copper, brass, bronze, and as spot electrodes in steel mesh machines.
Moreover, Cupro NB® (CuNi2Be) has a longer lifespan than Cupro NSS® in pistons for aluminum injection machines.
