In our quality control laboratories, destructive and non-destructive tests are carried out within the scope of initial, intermediate and final control processes and conformity assessment is made according to the standards. The products approved as a result of the tests are certified according to the EN 10204 standard. Calibrations of measuring instruments and devices used in test processes are carried out periodically by accredited organizations.
Chemical Analysis
Chemical analyses of the products are evaluated by measurements with the "Optical Emission Spectrometer" and "XRF" methods.
Hardness Test
In the Hardness Tests performed according to the desired measurement unit (HB,HRB,HRC and HV), analog macro hardness measuring device, digital macro hardness measuring device, digital micro hardness measuring device and digital portable device are used.
Electrical Conductivity Test
Electrical conductivity value, which is one of the most important tests especially for copper and copper alloys, is carried out with "Electrical Conductivity Measuring Device" after verification with certified verification samples.
Penetrant Test
The detection of invisible surface defects in materials is done with the help of certain chemicals. In addition, the fluorescent penetrant test method, which is required by defense & aviation standards and has more sensitivity, is also applied in our laboratories. These tests are carried out by our personnel, who are certified at Level 2 level in accordance with EN 9712 standard.
Ultrasonic Test
Internal errors that are not visible on the outer surface of the materials are measured and evaluated with measurement probes that vary according to the production type and quality of the materials by using "Ultrasonic Measuring Device".
These tests are carried out by our personnel, who are certified at Level 2 level in accordance with EN 9712 standard.
Mechanical Test
Different devices and methods are used to measure the strength values of the materials. Measurements are carried out with "Tensile, Impact and Compression Tests" and the results are evaluated.
Surface Roughness Test
The surface qualities of the finished products are precisely measured with the help of the "Surface Roughness Device".
Measurement Check
In machining operations and at the final control stage, the products are controlled according to the technical drawing using different measurement equipment. Measurements of complex shaped parts are carried out precisely using the “3D Measuring Device”.
Wear Test
The wear resistance of the materials is carried out with the help of relevant mechanical equipment.
Corrosion Test
The corrosion behavior of the materials are carried out using appropriate test environments prepared with different chemicals.
Metallographic Examinations
After the sample preparation procedures to examine the microstructures of the materials in our laboratories, microstructure examinations such as grain size, phases/phase distributions and inclusion rates measurements are carried out with the help of Optical Microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope (external service).
