Sağlam Metal R&D Center        

Sağlam Metal's initial research and development (R&D) operations started with the establishment of the R&D unit in 2011, which in 2017 became, as the 649th  R&D Center in Turkey, an independent facility. Sağlam Metal, one of the leading manufacturers in the high-tech metal manufacturing sector, has not only introduced qualified and technological materials to our country, but has continued to be a training center thanks to the books published in the industries it serves. The technical capacities of the R&D center's operations carried out at the Çayırova-Gebze location have differentiated itself both qualitatively and qualitatively and  increased year on year.

Our R&D Center works on issues such as developing special products, developing technical and economic alternatives to raw materials, developing technical and economic alternatives to chemical substances used in production, monitoring developments in competing products, finding solutions to business problems and bottlenecks, monitoring new technologies, finding new areas of use for by-products with high added value, meeting customer demands for products by cooperating with universities, public institutions and other private sector organizations, providing various testing, analysis and identification for new products and developing domestic technology and ‘know-how'.
